Trigger point therapy

Takes place at maximum tension points in the muscle, which can be very painful at certain points and / or when radiating. The affected area is supplied with blood by pressure and tension, so that the pain subsides noticeably quickly.

Trigger points arise, among other things, from acute or chronic overload, overextension, hypothermia, emotional stress or after trauma.

Indications:

  • Shoulder and neck pain

  • Back pain

  • Tension pain with radiations

  • Tennis and golf arm

  • Headache / migraine
